"The heating system does not work correctly. The room averages 75°. In order to cool it down the air conditioner freezes you out. If you shut it off the room returns to 75°. Which is uncomfortable to sleep in. The floors are not mopped very often. The bed is a rollaway or hide a bed left over. The TV does not rotate depending on room position. I would not recommend this hotel"

"The accommodations were lovely, communications with the owner/management team were beyond phenomenal. A hot tub was a tad bit disappointing and if I were to venture a guess, there was a large party type tenants right before us, and there was indications at the home was not in as pristine condition as it normally would be, but I honestly believe that is the one off I could not have asked for a more responsive and carrying owner/management team. They even proactively reached out about our thermostat properly working or not thank you for a marvelous day. Should we return to the area? We will look at rebooking this property. I might request you take a look to ensure the dishwasher is working as efficiently as you’d like it too "
