"Everything was perfect - extremely helpful staff as I had issues w my reservation with Expedia. The manager Jordan went above and beyond and the rest of the team was amazing as well! Housekeeping department was so sweet and helpful. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay where the team cares ! Will def stay here again. Minimal complaint was that the jets weren’t working in the hot tub but other than that A+ stay!"

"When description reads ‘whole house’ and ‘Viking master bath room’ and photos show a stack of towels I would expect a bath or shower. It is at the point that guests have to dig to find the scam. I felt slapped in the face. We came in tired and unwell. The towels were for show. No shower, no tub, not even a wash cloth to wash our face. We left the next morning to get a motel so we could bathe before we left town. There were also people smoking right outside our door so no fresh air. I’ve learned a lesson. Get a decent motel."

"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running in room above us. Try to get 4th floor. 3) Rooms are not cleaned daily. Not a problem, but should have been communicated. 4) Hotel is next to an HVAC business (north side by main parking lot), which tends to be very loud (sounds like banging of metal) sometimes late into the evening and early morning. Employees worked til almost 11:00 pm one evening and started around 6:30 am the next morning."

"The property was a very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The pool area was extremely relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in Boise/Meridian."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Great space and friendly neighborhood!! We had a graduation party there and the neighbors were excited and accommodating for us. Very kid friendly atmosphere with greenbelt and park right next door. Only one thing: the master bath shower curtain needs replacing. Overall very comfortable and clean! Fully supplied kitchen ect… "
