The staff are spectacular and provided lots of support when our flights were cancelled for 3 days in a row. Note that you are in the jungle and it was the end of the rainy season, but.... be ready for mold in your rooms and in the room air, in the furnishings. My daughter had asthma attacks non-stop. "The hotel is very far 1 hour by taxi from Sauraha where the national Park is in. So, I chose the jeep safari tour from the hotel which didn't take us to the national Park, instead to the buffer zone only. The tour was good but very expensive."
