My flight got cancelled due to weather and I called back to see I could get a room for one more night, although I had to pay full price for the room, it was nice. The breakfast bar could use more healthy options that don't contain over processed, high cholesterol foods and snacks."

"We stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Bethesda Downtown after a long day at a volleyball tournament, and while the hotel initially looked nice, the experience was extremely disappointing. Loud music from a speaker near our room (Room 605) kept us awake late into the night and woke us again at 4 AM. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not properly resolved. When we requested a room change, it was denied, and we ultimately had to check out early due to lack of sleep. To make matters worse, the checkout time on our receipt was incorrect and could not be adjusted. Overall, the hotel failed to provide a quiet and comfortable stay, and customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. PS: the follow up from hotel management the following morning has not met our expectations. They tried to balance shift to other guest and offered $35 discount which was complimentary to start with. "
