She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading. Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either. The lady during our check out was very courteous."

We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. "The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup."

"The room was clean, with a clear view of the mountains. We stayed on the third floor. We also used the pool, hot tub, and the sauna after our hike to Morskie Oko which was a short 20 min drive away. The staff was excellent and met or exceeded our needs in our 2 night stay. The breakfast was great with a variety of food, and lots of coffee and tea options. Would recommend to a friend or family to stay here."
