Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Tram right outside to get you to the centre in 10 minutes. If you have a room facing the tram stop, can be noisy at night and did disturb my sleep.

La habiatacion muy bonita, habia algo de polvo que se podia ver con la luz como de los conductos de aire. Pero la habiatacion y la facilidades se ven miy bien y el personal y servicio de excelencia. El area de oportunidad para mi fue el aire acondicionado no enfriaba vine en pleno invierno y durante la noche Yo y mi familia pasamos calor no enfriaba. Tuve que ir a recepcion a ver si podia hacer algo para que mejorara y la opcion que me dieron fue que abriera la ventana para que entrara el aire de afuera. Es mi primera vez fuera de continente Americano y en los 2 hoteles que visite fue el mismo problema. Calor por wue no se sienten los aires acondicionados. Del resto no me quejo.
