Fint hotel - men med en brise af cigar

Savoy er et fint hotel og beliggenheden er god, men det faktum at hotellet har en tilhørende cigarlounge, gør at hele hotellet lugter af cigar. Fin morgenmad, pæne værelser og høfligt personale, men lugten trækker altså ned i den samlede vurdering.

Huoneet ovat vanhahtavat, mutta suuret. Ikä näkyy kaikessa, mutta paikat ovat kuitenkin aivan kunnossa. Kylpyhuone näytti uudemmalta ja siellä oli myös saatavana hyvin perustarvikkeita. Alakerran sikaribaarin vuoksi kaikkialla tuoksuu sikarinsavu, mutta itseäni se ei häirinnyt. Aamiainen oli suorastaan loistava!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer mit ausreichendem Plazangebot. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl ...für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das einzige manko ist ..., wir kommen als Nichtraucher in das Hotel und die ganze Lobby richt extrem nach Rauch welches sich durch das Treppenhaus und die Flure zieht . Und das nur weil die Raucherbar gleich neben der Rezeption ist.... Sonst alles perfekt .

God beliggenhed og charme

Dejlig beliggenhed - 5 min. gang fra Kurfurstendam, Zoo og Gedachnish Kirche. Restauranten er rigtig hyggelig, og maden meget lækker (og fuldt booket op af lokale indbyggere i juledagene). Desuden har hotellet en velbesøgt cigarbar i stueetagen. Værelserne er store og noget gammeldags, men badeværelserne er moderne. Der er flere parkeringshuse i gaden og mulighed for parkering på gadeplan efter lukketid. Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel med en masse nostalgi og charme.

Great staff and wonderful service

Savoy is my "go to" in Berlin. I always stay there, the hotel interior is dated, but it's more than made up by the staff and the service. Location is perfect, walking distance from many of the attractions in Berlin. Breakfast is superb.

Klasse & stil

Hotellet hadde dessverre mistet bestillingen vår, et av våre tre bestilte rom hadde overhodet ikke blitt reservert. Kan nesten ikke laste hotellet for dette, regner med at det er en feil i overføringen mellom hotells.com og fortelle. Likevel kunne resepsjonistene vært mer hjelpsomme og forståelsesfulle! Ellers innfrir Savoy som alltid, svært koselig gammel stil og klasse. Dessuten fantastisk frokost og herlig Cigar-bar. Fine rom.

A horror for none smokers. Couldn't access bar because of bad smoking odours, which also were present in all levels of the hotel. Bedrooms included. Double bed was to small in size, couldn't sleep at all. Ask for room with two single beds, couldn't have. Housekeeping entered room in the early morning whithout knocking? Also had displayed the do not disturb sign? Still tried to enter. Had not been informed by staff at check in that breakfast was included? Extremely poor value for money. Never again.

Great location, short walk from the railway station. Wasn’t impressed with the smell of stale tobacco smoke in what was supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Heating controls were a bit vague, the room was constantly too hot. We were on the 6th (top) floor, and found the room and especially the bathroom to be a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Staff were all super friendly and helpful

Centralt retro hotell

Savoy Hotel ligger centralt, nära tågstationen Zoologischer Garten och Ku´Damm. Rummen är retro, tyvärr fortfarande med heltäckningsmatta på golvet. Men rummet var rent och bekvämt. Lite för mycket rökdoft i lobbyn från den intilliggande cigarrbaren. Frukosten var mycket bra, med det mesta man kan önska!

Zimmer im Savoy ziemlich abgerockt

Leider war das gebuchte Zimmer eine Katastrophe: kaputte Gardine, fleckige Wand, kaputtes Badmobiliar und zerbrochene Bodenfliesen, Schmutz an der Duschtür, Hitzeschaden am Fön, sehr stark abgenutzte Oberflächen an Schreibtisch und Nachttischen. Der Fernseher war ein ziemlich kleiner Monitor. Das angekündigte kostenlose Getränk war eine Flasche stilles Wasser :(

Buscas un hotel clásico y de excelencia? este!!

Es un excelente lugar, un hotel histórico, cuidado, muy limpio, comida deliciosa, las camas muy confortables, el personal muy amable, no le pongo un solo defecto al Hotel, me quedaría cada vez que pudiera!!
