Our stay was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness of the room to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel were beautiful and made the experience even more special. The location is also excellent, very convenient for walking around and easy to navigate the city from there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! The breakfast had everything you could want and was reasonably priced for hotel guests! The spa, pool and fitness rooms were well kept, well stocked and great for after being out in the cold all day. Excellent stay!

Stayed at this hotel a few times, great location. The rooms felt a little tired this time, mould in the bathroom ( which really annoys me, as it’s just bad cleaning). The towels were small and cheap. Breakfast food and staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel. Good bed, view and breakfast. Very quiet for a busy part of Berlin. Room just needed a really good deep clean and the bathroom had black mould between the wall and floor. The same with the grout between the tiles - I wiped some of it off just out of curiosity with one of their towels and it came straight off so with a bit of effort the room would be spotless. I didn’t bring it up to management. I would still return to it though.

Decent, comfortable hotel in berlin but wifi signal needs improving , good choice of dining options, and well stocked breakfast, but be careful and be aware at checkin they will ask for 230 euros as a deposit , which they say you will get back when you check out , this is a ridiculous amount for any other hotel in europe !
