Worst hotel ever!!!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgusting, and there was no help from the staff. They did not care what so ever. They refused CLEAN towels and bedsheets. Do not ever go here. The shower was also filthy, we could not shower. We ended up having to move hotels. If you stayed here, you would end up sick. The walls were also paper thin so we could hear even whispers from other rooms.

Das Hotel ist absolut nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten ist heruntergekommen, war laut Brandschutz für 2 Personen, wir wurden zu dritt reingesteckt. Wir hatten keinen Spülknopf, überall war Dreck, nicht nur im Zimmer. Würde dieses Hotel absolut niemandem empfehlen!

Unfreundliches Personal, ständig am telefonieren auf russisch, dreckige Bettwäsche mit Intimbeharrung, Urin in der Dusche, Coca Cola an der Badezimmer Tür, klebrige Schranktüren … sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht 01:00 loc…Schrecklich einfach!

Absolutes Horrorhotel

Absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Hotels besucht, vor allem in Berlin war ich viel unterwegs. Solch eine Absteige ist mir aber bisher noch nie untergekommen. Das Zimmer war kahl, kalt und unfassbar alt und abgewohnt. Die Betten waren hart und unbequem, das Badezimmer hat einfach nur nach Abwasser und altem Urin gestunken und an allen Ecken und Enden war Dreck und defekte Teile. So war z.B. die WC- Spülung defekt, es waren offene Steckdosen zu erkenne (vor allem für uns mit Kind Lebensgefährlich), div. Lampen waren ohne Steckdosen einfach hingestellt. Die Brauseamatur war total verkalkt und ekelhaft, die Dusche dreckig. An den Wänden ums Bett herum befanden ich haufenweise flecken aller Art. Nach nur einer Nacht mussten wir abbrechen und das Hotel verlassen, nachfragen wieso wir abreisen interessierte das Personal nicht, ebenso wurden unsere Beschwerden einfach abgewunken. Das Frühstück war mindestens genauso schlecht, trockene Brötchen vom Vortag und das Wurstbuffet bestand aus Fleischwurst. Nie wieder, wer dort übernachtet der hat keinen Respekt vor sich selbst.

Anreise am 28.05.-31.05.20. Bedingt durch CORONA wurde ein Lunchpacket zum Frühstück gereicht, Kaffee gab es satt. Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr Ruhig, da es nach hinten versetzt liegt, ausreichend Parkplätze, Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten sehr angenehm zum liegen. An meinem letzten Tag wurde doch noch ein Buffet zum Frühstück aufgebaut. Es stand viel zur Auswahl bereit, das Ausgewählte wurde auf einem Teller angerichtet und dann gereicht wurde. Kaffee war ok, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Ich würde es wieder Buchen. Einziges Manko: zu wenig Senderauswahl im TV

Gebucht hatten wir ein Familienzimmer, bekommen haben wir ein 3 Bett Zimmer (zusätzliches Bett wurde reingestellt und durch das war es sehr eng für 2 Erwachsene und 2x 14 jährige). Viertes Kissen und Decke musste ich erst mal in der reception holen da es nicht gemacht war. An den Wänden fehlte Putz, muffiger Geruch je weiter man die Treppen hoch ging, wenn wir im 3 Stock oben im Zimmer immer ankamen musste alle 4 erstmal 10min husten. Im Bade fehlte der Stöpsel im Waschbecken, das metallstück zum die Spühle drücken und der Föhn. Frühstück haben wir uns dan am 2 Tag umgestellt da die Brötchen alt waren, der Fruchtsalat aus der Konserve, 2 Sorten Geschnitten Wurst, (ungekühlt Jogurts, Butter, Käse, 2Wurst sorten), Orangensaft war sehr sehr flüssig und mit Plastik Becher. Deshalb war unser Frühstück dann immer nur bei den kinder ein Müsli, mein Mann mit Kaffee und ich Tee. Dann hatten wir was eingekauft Di 18.2.20, haben die Tüten mit kleinen Sachen noch drin bei der Tür hingestellt und es wurde dann einfach vom Putzpersonal Mi 19.2.20 mitgenommen (angeblich entsorgt). Nach sofortiger Reklamation wurde uns Unsere Tüte dann bei Abreise Sa 22.2.20 gegeb aber es fehlten sachen (der Hausmeister hätte es erst am Donnerstag aus dem Container rausnehmen können).

Edullinen. Hotelli sijaitsee vanhassa talossa, jossa ei ole hissiä. Ei siten sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille ja/tai huonokuntoisille ihmisille. Huoneemme sijaitsi kolmannessa kerroksessa ja huone oli kuuma. Huoneessa oli tuuletin ja aukeava kattoikkuna, mutta helteellä huone oli tukalan kuuma. Aamiainen oli perusaamiainen ilman hienouksia.

Kiva hotelli ja hintalaatusuhde kohdillaan. Iso miinus asiakaspalvelusta. Venäläisten omistuksessa oleva hotelli ja palvelu on suoraan Moskovan töykyden tasolla. Muuten kaikki jees. Parkkis erittäin hyvä ja lähellä metro asemaa.

Hotel liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral.freundliches Personal, Frühstück ausreichend, frisch und lecket. Obwohl viele junge Leute dort waren, war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Für den Preis eine erstklassige Wahl. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Vale a hospedagem.

Então. Vou fazer colocações pessoais que não interferem necessariamente na qualidade da "hospedagem". Hotel limpo; entrada praticamente particular (entrada principal não é de frente para a avenida); prédio de arquitetura antiga, mas reformado; ficamos uma noite no quarto 110, segundo andar, cama de casal composta por duas camas de solteiro unidas; isolamento acústico excelente com relação a trânsito (já que não está de frente para a avenida), mas um pouco precário com relação ao piso superior (barulho no teto), ao quarto ao lado e ao corredor (se houve bem tudo que acontece); quarto espaçoso; guarda roupas com apenas um cabide; banheiro relativamente antigo (piso azuleijado com uma espécie de ladrilhos ou pastilhas com rejunte manchado, mas limpo, coisa de hotel construído a muitos anos); box com defeito (porta desalinhada que permitia a saída de água para fora, mas nada absurdo); quarto com tomadas mau localizadas (duas efetivamente utilizáveis, uma na beira da cama e outra sob uma escrivaninha); sem cortinas black-out. Veja, nada disso atrapalhou a hospedagem em si, mas quando se fica em um hotel como o "Fantasia" em Füssen, ou no "New Orly" em München, os detalhes afloram. Deixo por fim uma ressalva ao atendimento de chek-in que foi lá pelas 18:40 (quando chegamos de München), cujo trato foi curto e grosso, sem sorrisos ou delicadezas, até bem ao contrário. Ainda que os alemães não sejam receptivos como os brasileiros, em outros hotéis pelo menos fomos bem recebidos.
