Great location, nice staff, a little noisy

Upon arrival we were directed to check in through the holiday inn reception. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and check in was quick. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. We had a great view of the alexanderplatz and tv tower. Really good location and only a short walk from the train station. The only thing that would stop me staying at this hotel again is the fact that there is a nightclub only a stones throw from the front of the hotel. Unfortunately it is open until 6am over the weekend. The bass and the customers from the nightclub kept me awake all night. I would suggest taking ear plugs. I did try to find some for our second night however could not find any in the shops.

Olimme 5 yötä Hotel Indigossa. Hotelli oli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla ja plussana meillä oli huoneessa parveke, josta olimme toki tietoisia kun olimme ottaneet kalliimman huonetyypin. Saapuessamme (myöhään su-iltana) ja saatuamme huoneen, huomasimme kuitenkin, että huoneen pöydällä ja kylppärissä oli tahroja. Lisäksi huomasin, että vartalovoide (yksi ilmaisista kosmetiikkatuotteista), oli selkeästi jo avattu kun oli niin vajaa. Joten tuotteita ei oltu ilmeisesti vaihdettu ennen meitä. Tästä sanoimme seuraavana aamuna respaan, ja tätä toki pahoiteltiin ja huone mentiin siivoamaan uudelleen. Emme kylläkään saaneet mitään hyvitystä tästä - mitä ehkä hieman odottelin. Muuten palvelu oli ihan hyvää, mutta en koe, että hotelli oli 4,5 tähden (eikä +600€) arvoinen. Sänky tyynyineen oli hyvä! Huone oli ihan tilava ja parveke kiva, josta oli mukava näkymä Alexanderplatzille.

Place nearly closed already…

Check in was chaotic despite email sent before arrival. Hotel will close by end of the year and has not been maintained well and is relatively dirty. Rooms are only cleaned every other day. Also bar, restaurant (except for breakfast) and gym are closed which is not mentioned anywhere.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer mit Blick auf den Alex. Eigentlich alles wie bestellt. Schade das es kein eigenes Restaurant gibt, an der Rezeption konnte man mir aber weiterhelfen mit tollen Tipps, wo man essen gehen kann.

soweit war alles okay. Wir fanden es schade, dass das Zimmer in Zeiten von Corons nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wird. Ich hätte es erwartet, dass ihr mich bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam macht. Ich muss morgen wieder nach Berlin und hab nun woanders gebucht.

Bra förbindelser men bullrigt

Fräscht och modernt hotell med trevlig personal. Plus för skön säng och fint badrum, kylskåp och vattenkokare. Minus för buller från spårvagnen och att det saknades en skön fåtölj och en bra plats för resväskan. Jag gillar att bo vid Alexanderplatz så läget var utmärkt för mig.

Personal sehr nett! Dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde entsprochen, das gewählte King-Bett war aber nur ein Queen-Bett (140cm). Und vom Bett aus kann man dem Partner beim Duschen oder auf der Toilette zusehen, dank Glasscheibe. Das gefiel mir überhaupt nicht, ansonsten gutes Hotel, sauber, modern.

Location of the hotel is good. The staff are very prefessional and helpful. However, the size of my rooms was tiny. I was truly surprised to find such a small room in berlin which is known to have more space compared to cities such as new york and london.

Hmm wo soll ich anfangen,also es gab kein Internet im Zimmer Wlan war sichtbar aber kein Internetzugang nach mehreren Anfragen bei Rezeption wir kümmern uns darum so war 4 Tage lang,dann Fernsehen geht alle 15 min aus nach anfragen bei Rezeption der Fehler ist nicht bekannt und das schlimmste ist Straßenbahn !!! Wir waren auf 8 Etage und das hat mann deutlich gehört und einzige was gute ist sie brauchen kein Wecker weil von Straßenbahn werden sie automatisch geweckt so gegen 05:00. An sich guter Hotel mit gute lage und zimmer sind schön aber die drei sachen haben alles kaputt gemacht.Das war leider nicht so schön von Rezeption aber was soll man machen. Ich kann das hotel leider nicht empfehlen so lange bis die sachen nicht im griff haben.

I was staying in 3 hotels in the space of a week of which 2 were in Berlin. I decided to pay a bit more for my last hotel which was Indigo and had an executive room. Here are the good and bad points: Good: - Comfortable bed - Nice shower and good pressure Not so good: - €10 room service charge is quite ridiculous - minibar was empty - the room didn’t really feel that much bigger - I asked for late check out but was told no straight away, the staff didn’t even look at the computer to check - You cannot connect any media to the TV. there is a HDMI attachment but the TV restricts you access to this. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you cannot connect your laptop to the TV. I enquired at reception and they said this is a common request which their IT are looking into. Some of the above may have been due to COVID which I could accept if it was mentioned to me but unfortunately it wasn’t.
