First time staying but would definitely stay again. Easy to book and check-in on line. Access codes received on day of arrival and worked perfectly. Felt safe walking around at all hours. Nearest S/U Bahn is a comfortable 10 minute walk. Loads of places to eat in close proximity. The only thing that could improve it would be a safe in the room.

Overall, excellent. Exactly what I needed for a week. Clean, quiet and great location. Public transportation, restaurants, etc are all nearby and easily walkable. Would stay here again.

Overall, Homaris Boxi Studios is a good stay. PROS: - Clean room - Quite comfy bedding - Clean and functional kitchen in the room - Opening windows for fresh air - Private bathroom and a nice hot shower - Easy check-in and checkout - Guest access only to Luggage storeroom - Close to the metro station (U5 - Frankfurter Tor) - Bars and restaurants on the street CONS (for room 14): - Leaking shower head - Mildew growth around shower pan - Mold smell coming from bathroom. If not for the shower issues, I would stay in that room again :)

Clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Fantastic location near a lot of great bars and restaurants. Multiple convenient public transit options. Remote support agents are VERY responsive. If I had to find something to complain about, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated hot and cold quite a bit, but that's hardly a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was simple, with email sent with code the day before. Was easy to get to from the airport and for going to out conference. Local restaurants were also great and good value. If travelling to Berlin again I would certainly look at booking here.

Good location.

The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood, but the hotel is not too busy. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transit. It's a decent enough budget hotel with good communication and easy self check-in. Could have been a touch cleaner, but overall it was a comfortable room with nice amenities.

Boxi Berlin

The apartments are in what is described as a ‘trendy’ area of Berlin. The area is safe and has numerous restaurants, eateries and bars. You could spend a weekend in the area as it’s so nice and laid back. The transportation links are excellent, with a direct train to the airport and numerous trains and trams to the main station. My only down side was it needed air conditioning but a fan is provided. Overall…very, very good!

Price/value okay

We had bookes for 4 - but the beds were made for 3. We got the missing pillow/duvet from the nice maid. While looking for the missing pillow/duvet, I noticed that under the sofa bed, it was quite dusty. The room was very hot even with an open window and the AC running 24/7. With four people in the room - it is quite small. The kitchen, closet space and bathroom was very fine. Overall, the value you get for the price is acceptable. The location is good, as it is in an eclectic part of town, and very easy to get to Alexander Platz and anywhere else you want to go in town.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment with comfy beds. Good kitchen facilities and good size bathroom. Great location for the event we were attending, Punk and Disorderly Festival. Plenty of bars and cafes in the area.
