"The stairs were much more than we could handle, even though they were well described in listing. We couldn’t regulate the water temperature shower. The highlight was the bed … extremely comfortable. Because of stairs and shower, we only stayed one night out of three. We informed host that we had left but never received a response. This was disappointing. A simple acknowledgement that we had left would have been much appreciated."
