Hotel ist preiswert, Frühstücksbuffet OK

Die Lombardei hat viele schöne Ecken. Bergamo, und da vor allem die höhergelegene Altstadt sind sehenswert. Für Auto-Urlauber: Freies Parken neben dem Hotel Für alle Besucher:-guter Supermarkt in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür(außer Sonntag), auch der Ticketkauf ist Sonntag eingeschränkt !_Linie 8 in die City Bergamo, gute und lange Frühstückszeit im Hotel !

Chambre calme spacieuse et propre, literie confortable. Buffet copieux avec du salé et sucré pour le petit déjeuner. Pas toujours facile de se faire comprendre en français à la réception selon la personne qui est en service. Le point négatif est la lumière du jour qui arrive dans la chambre. Les rideaux ne sont pas suffisants.

Mycket bra service och trevlig personal. Vi checkade ut kl 05:00 på morgonen och vi skulle inte hinna äta frukost innan avresa. Personalen fixade då en liten "doggi-bag" till oss, en påse med en frukost att ta med. Trevligt.

Very quirky decor. Needs to be toned done. lifts slow and scary. Good value and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Bus and taxis very good. Great place to explore local region, especially Lake Iseo. Would happily stay here again.

Complessivamente un buon hotel, silenzioso, in una posizione tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Da migliorare la pulizia in camera, a volte non proprio impeccabile, e la zona fitness un po' abbandonata a se' stessa. È stato bello poter usufruire della doccia sauna in camera.

Disappointing

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport but as there is no airport shuttle, we spent a lot on taxi fare to/from the airport and the city centre. Each fare starts at €10 before going anywhere! We arrived in the evening and left early the next day, so the idea was to go for dinner and then to bed. However, as there were not restaurants nearby we had to get a taxi to the city centre and back. Overall, we should paid the extra and chosen a hotel in the centre. Una Hotel is also stuck in the 70s, if you like blue, mirrored bedrooms and outdated interior design, then this is your place - otherwise stay away!

i can not recomend the food

Nice place but it is far from the city and About 10 euros into the town with taxi. We stayed only one night and eat at the hotel, the food was not good, dry and hard meat. But it is a nice hotel with good rooms.

Tolles Hotel für Kurzurlauber ohne Mietwagen

Das Hotel läßt sich mit dem Bus (mit einmaligem Umsteigen) vom Flughafen Bergamo gut erreichen. Man nimmt den Bus Linie 1 vom Flughafen bis zum Bahnhof Bergamo (Haltestelle Stazione FS). Fahrpreis vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel 1,50 EUR. Fahrkarten gibt es am deutschspr. Automaten. An Stazione FS umsteigen in Buslinie 8 Richtung Seriate. Bei der Buchung sollte man versuchen, ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite zu bekommen, da diese Zimmer zu einem ruhigen Wohngebiet liegen. Für Fahrten in die Innenstadt und Citta Alta kann man den Bus Linie 8 in die umgekehrte nehmen. Die Haltestelle liegt vor dem Hotel und man kann an einem Kiosk direkt neben der Haltestelle die Fahrkarten kaufen. Ungefähr 150 Meter vom Hotel entfernt liegt ein Supermarkt (Vergleichbar mit Netto). Das Frühstück im Hotel ist gut. Es gibt gebratenen Speck mit Rührei und Würstchen; Toastbrot Vollkorn und Weissmehl; Brioche; diverse Marmeladen; Nutella; verschiedene Käsesorten, Haferflocken; Kornflakes; verschiedene Kuchensorten; Kaffee kann man an einem Automaten bekommen oder aus der Küche. Auf Wunsch gibt es auch ein gekochtes Ei. Des weiteren wird verschiedenes Obst angeboten sowie frisch zubereiteten Obstsalat. Außerdem kann man Salat mit Mozarella und Tomaten vom Buffet nehmen. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit Radio und mit Saunafunktion. Die Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt.

Un hotel che si merita ogni stella.

Molto tranquillo, anche se si trova vicino all'aeroporto, non si sente. Ottima colazione e personale gentile, disponibile e competente. Soprattutto la signora Fatuma ci ha ospitati in modo eccellente. Anche il personale della reception è gentile, flessibile, disponibile e speditivo. Continuate così. Saluti dalla Svizzera.

This in the best 4 star hotel in Bergamo. Well placed (not near the airport, but close enought pe be there in 7 min), with a free parking and a nici terrece to drink a cofee. I recommend it for business trips and also for vacances

Like an abandoned office block

This hotel was once amazing (back in the 90's). I felt like I was walking into an abandoned office block, the place smelt musty & the gardens & lawns were overgrown. Room was clean & tidy & the staff were very helpful. Should only really achieve a maximum of a 3 star rating.
