Perfekt gelegen und sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dampfsauna war dauerhaft kaputt. Parkgebühr 20 Euro pro Tag ist ganz schön happig und leider alternativlos. Das Abendessem war überragend, das Frühstück hingegen nicht besonders und überschaubar.

Sehr schönes Hotel auf dem Seeufer, mit wunderschönem Ausblick und Terrasse über dem See, elegantes Restaurant und kompaktem aber sehr abwechslungsreichem SPA. Personalmangel kann man spüren, aber ihre Zuvorkommenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und ständige Bemühung dem Kundenwunsch so schnell wie möglich zu entsprechen kompensiert es sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten in ganzem Ort sind sehr begrenzt und Parkplätze beim Hotel sogar für Gäste - sauteuer. Wir haben hier ein wundervolles Wochenende verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir übernachten im Jahr ca. 200 mal, jedoch dieses Hotel kann man nicht empfehlen. Die Angestellten sind wie Roboter und zum Teil unhöflich. Das Hotel ist intern sehr laut, jeder der auf dem Gang läuft oder spricht, hört man so laut als wäre diese Person im Zimmer. Jetzt zum Restaurant! Vielleicht zu teuer für das was abgeliefert wird. Bin hier sowas von sprachlos. Wir werden nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Hotel mit phantastischem Ausblick und schönem Außenbereich direkt am See. Frühstück sehr lecker, vor allem das Bircher Müsli. Kinderfreundlich, es gibt kostenfreie Babybetten, Hochstühle. Spa Bereich kam leider etwas zu kurz. Das Dampfbad ist derzeit kaputt und Anwendungen konnten nicht gebucht werden, da der Mitarbeiter erkrankt ist. Damit konnten wir unser Guthaben für den Spa Bereich nicht verwenden. 10€ für parken pro Nacht würde auch reichen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Etwas weiter gibt es aber auch eine Wiese, auf der für 3,50€ pro Nacht geparkt werden kann.

Poor customer service and horrible hotel.

The person checking me in was very rude and unpleasant. I may have interrupted his lunch and he seemed like he did not want to be there. The hotel doesn’t have AC and just a lousy table fan in the room and one pillow. Felt like I was sleeping in a hostel not a 4 star hotel. Just overall disappointing. I woke up and drove back to Munich the next day.

This is a getaway for locals alike, which is all you need to know. My family has frequented this hotel for decades and while visiting from the US, I picked this for a quick getaway with my husband. We enjoyed fantastic wellness facilities, including a sauna, followed by a dip in the pool, relaxing by the lake and a swim in the lake. Imagine a pristine lake, surrounded by the Alps and random sailboats in the water as your view. What more do you need? Let me add, it was peaceful. All I heard were waves outside my balcony. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious with lake view, of course. Staff was kind and helpful. Book here, you won’t be disappointed.
