family holiday

hotel lovely bit far out and up steep hill but bus only down road. good if you like walking we walked into Benidorm every night loads of bars and places to eat. didn't use travel cot we put sofa beds together. went self catering can buy food over bar but they do get orders mixed up as to whether you want toasted or not. shop on site. brilliant for kids pool lovely. only issue I had was having to ask for towels and bedding to be changed. the 30 euro per stay is per person that's for breakages even tho its mainly familys . has entertainment on most night and karaoke also pool games kids club. hotel quiet at night due to not been. in centre... I would take family here again

A lovely relaxing stay.A good ten to fifteen minute walk away from the main streets which meant it was really quiet at night.Hotel has a small supermarket which is reasonably priced and carries all the essentials.Room was very clean although would have liked to have the towels changed more frequently

Great hotel, little far out though

2nd stay at the Terralta. Brilliant pool area, and great accommodation. It is up quite a steep hill, and about a 60 min stroll into the new town. Taxis cost about 12 euro into town. Nice a relaxing place.

Rigtigt godt til prisen

April og en billig uge i Benidorm, valgte Terralta pga. pris og anmeldelser, og bortset fra at indretningen lignede det værste fra 80'erne og sengene var adskilte og gled på gulvet, så var rummet, maden, stedet og især den venlige service på eller over forventningerne. Hvis man er et par som glæder sig til den opvarmede indendørs pool, så sørg for at komme mellem Maj og Oktober hvor børn ikke har adgang, og husk på at vejen til byens centrum er nedad bakke, og altså opad når man skal hjem. Vi havde et fint ophold og maden var lidt bedre end forventet, og om aftenen indgik vin, sodavand og øl ad libitum.

Nice quiet hotel

Loved this hotel although it is very quiet where it is. No bars cafes or eateries close by. Staff fabulous, shop on site really cheap and well stocked. Indoor pool lovely and warm.

It is a really nice hotel but a few things let it down for me, I must say after reading the reviews this hotel did not meet my expectations. We only had the towels changed twice in the whole week we stayed The beds are so uncomfortable we slept on the sofa (not much better) The majority of bar staff are un-believably miserable and rude Although we were all inclusive we had to pay for pool/table tennis etc, and there is no free wi-fi On a plus, the drinks and food were nice, and there were a few members of staff that were helpful and pleasant On a whole I probably wouldnt recommend this hotel

Great hotel, worth paying extra for all inclusive

Really nice hotel, perfect for families with young children. We travelled in a group of 24 people ages ranged from 1yr-40yr old and there was plenty to keep all entertained. Definitely worth paying for all inclusive as the food was great, and basically on throughout the day. 10mins walk down to the old town or a short taxi ride costing around €10. Hotel staff great. Would definitely return here.

Brilliant hotel overall ,the pool was fantastic also we enjoyed the bar ,mini market and games room downstairs.The only problem we found for us being a young couple it was very far from the new town for the night-life and ended up paying taxis most evenings down and back up which cost us 9 Euros down and 9 Euros back.We also did walk some evenings if we weren't going out but it is about a 40 minute walk.There is also a steep hill up to the hotel and can be very exhausting in Spanish weather.This hotel was lovely but next time I would stay somewhere closer to the new town.Perfect for families.

Been coming to the Teralta for some years now,we find the staff very pleasant and obliging.Interior of apartments need refurbishing now,the one we stayed in had a permanent smell of cigarettes .The Teralta is perfect for family's and couples.

Zweckmäßig ausgestattet

Das Appartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung mit einem zusätzlichem Toaster und Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion sehr gut. Leider sind Reinigungsutensilien wie Schwamm, Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtuch nicht im Preis inklusive. Und wegen einmal kochen alles morgens vor der Abreise kaufen (man prüft es ja nicht vorab) macht wenig Sinn. Also die bereitgestellten stoffservierten als Geschirrhandtuch genutzt. Geht auch. Alles in allem würden wir wieder hin gehen, jedoch dann einen Schwamm, Spülmittel und etwas Salz zum kochen mitbringen.
