I do not recommend this hotel. There's way better options around for same price or bit more expensive. The only good thing about this facility is the location. Very centered in Savassi one of the best neighborhoods in downtown Belo Horizonte. The staff clearly needs training, they do not know what they are doing.

Location can’t be better. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. I loved the fact that you can check in at noon. Room is basic( no coffee maker or microwave) but it does have a fridge. Tatiana at front desk is a very nice person.

Crumbling property. Very old fixtures. The room was mouldy, the Aircon was broken. The reception looks like a warzone as it's going through some refurbishment that wasn't advertised when I booked the room.

Prezados, a experiência de hospedagem no Ibis Savassi foi péssima. Infelizmente, o trato da subgerente conosco foi o pior possível, pois, ao reclamarmos sobre a falta de uma opção de cappuccino no café da manhã, a mesma, ao ser informada sobre a situação pela colaboradora Maria Eduarda, reagiu de forma inadequada. A subgerente Júlia Fernanda riu e debochou da situação, demonstrando total falta de respeito, profissionalismo e despreparo para desempenhar tal função. Além disso, não bastasse o mal atendimento, o quarto encontrava-se sujo com as roupas de cama rasgadas e sujas com marcas de sangue, pé da escrivaninha, cortina, geladeira e paredes também sujas, conforme registrado nas fotos em anexo. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar, sendo inclusive inferior ao oferecido no Ibis Budget, que é uma categoria abaixo dentro da própria rede. Diante de todos esses problemas, solicito providências quanto ao ocorrido, bem como uma compensação pela experiência extremamente negativa vivenciada. Aguardo retorno o mais breve possível!
