I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee. What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers leave the room. I feel that they were very unpolite. I plan to go back and stay there again. The people that work in the reception are very nice, 👏👏👏for them!

Buena relación calidad-precio. El personal del hotel es superatento y amable, tr ayudan en todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. El hotel está en una buena zona, cerca de todo, con muchas opciones para comer. Sin embargo, la vida nocturna alrededor del hotel es muy activa y el ruido casi no deja dormir, lo que lo hace el único aspecto negativo.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, porém o quarto estava com os equipamentos e móveis muito velhos, armários feios e velhos, o frigobar muito velho é cheio de gelo. O chão do banheiro ficava todo molhado apor utilizar o chuveiro.

Infelizmente o hotel apresenta condições bem devassadas. O banheiro precisa de atualização urgente. Chuveiro em péssimo estado, com boa parte entupida, o que gera uma ducha irregular e desconfortável. Cama visivelmente quebrada em alguma parte, o que gerou outro grande desconforto. A programação da tv só tem canais abertos, o que é algo inaceitável pelo preço cobrado. O conforto acústico também é sofrível. Trata-se de lugar que possui muitos bares no entorno. Janelas comuns não impedem o barulho da rua, sem contar que internamente também não há um bom tratamento a esse respeito.

No miolo da badalação. Muito barulho. Hotel bem antigo, estrutura desgastada e precisando de um up. Se for apenas para dormir, 1 noite, ok. Mais que isso, procure outra opção. Há outras opções da mesma rede na região como alternativa.

A rua em frente ao hotel tem musica, festas e bares com barulho durante toda a madrugada de quinta, sexta e sábado, as janelas não são acústicas. Bem difícil de chegar a noite e dormir. O banheiro tem sujeira incrustada, de muito tempo e o box e muito pequeno. O colchão muito velho péssimo para dormir

Bom custo-beneficio

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e estava limpo. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Trata-se de um hotel mais antigo, porém, está suficientemente conservado. Li relatos negativos sobre cheiro de mofo, barulho etc mas não percebi nenhum desses problemas. O único ponto negativo que achei foi a cama, que parece ser de molas e não tanto firme, porém, nada que dificultasse o sono. Achei no geral um bom custo-benefício, especialmente pela localização. Não tem café da manhã, mas eles oferecem a opção de tomar no hotel vizinho, da mesma rede, por um custo adicional. Há também guarda de bagagens pequenas na recepção.
