"It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed."

"The staff are amazing. Every single one of them. They are so helpful and always smiling. Best hotel staff I've encountered. Even at night, my hotel room was changed when the air con stopped working. The only cons are, the smart TV could not connect to the internet but I barely used it and the shower needs to be updated and taken better care of."

I was lodged in the 5th floor room 533, the light kept going off every 5mins, so so bad, for the period of time I was in the room, the light went off 7 times . Their food quality is so so bad, its need more improvement. From cleanliness point of view, they could do a little better in their dusting and vacuuming. Try to wash your carpet from stain."

"When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."
