Clean place to stay

The motel was older and we could hear our neighbor's conversation through the walls early in the morning. On a positive note, the room we had was large and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean but had an overpowering smell of bleach. Considering what we paid, I felt like there should have been better amenities.

The Bellaire Inn is a very beautiful place to stay and far exceeded our expectations with cleanliness. Carla was very friendly welcoming as well. Bellaire Inn offers quality rest and relaxation at a reasonable rate that is not easy to find in most tourist destinations.

The person that was going to check us in was very rude and condescending. It was 9pm and I actually canceled the reservation without knowing where we would stay that night. To give you an example, when I asked how much an additional room would be she said, “you should know you made a reservation.”

Very nice neat very clean little Inn off the beaten path office closes at 9pm so if you’re late you might not be able to check in and you have to call them. The beds are very very very hard but very nice clean place

Our visit to this hotel was horrible and the lady who owns the hotel was A horrible person. I will start by saying that she was completely intoxicated when we checked into our room, and you could barely understand A single word she said. My fiance qnd I went kayaking and came back to our room to change and get ready for our next adventure. We were greeted to her screaming and yelling at us to get out of of our room and that she was going to call the police on us if we didnt leave. She said that we were smoking dope in her room which wasn't true at all!!! and also accused us of smoking cigarettes in the room which also wasnt true. As far as the rooms were concerned they were very outdated and they smelled horrible like mildew and mold. The beds were very uncomfortable, customer service was non existent, the refrigerator didn't work, the hottub in our supposed honeymoon sweet was dirty and the water didn't get very Hot. Save yourself money and don't stay here this was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at more than 15 hotels in our travels.Also this horrible lady didn't refund us our money from the two days that we paid to stay here, we only stayed one day and she said nope your not getting your money back, then she locked up the office qnd never answered my calls either. This is not A way to run A business and I hope that Karma bites her hard because she almost ruined our Anniversary. Like I said this isn't A good hotel in the least!!!!!!!!

It was a little difficult to find and there was no one in the office at 9ish Sunday morning so we could turn the key in. Had to leave the door unlocked and the key on the table in the room.

The rooms are roomy, clean and tidy. Parking lot entrance very poorly lit. Nothing picturesque about this property, but it's more than adequate , but pretty pricey at over $100.00 a night without breakfast. Choice hotel would probably be a better option.

we had the honeymoon suite, we weren't allowed candles which was a bummer, and the tub could have been cleaner along with the shower floor . They both had a soap scum residue. The room was very musty smelling. So fa breeze or candles would have been a big help. The outside was adorable and very clean.

Great Location for Torch Lake Activities. The management is a bit "unique" in that they are no even on site before 10:00am; and I'm told that they close up shop by 9am. They had those awful shampoo packets instead of real shampoo. The room was clean, but the lighting is... weird. There is no light on one side of the bed, and no lighting at all for the Jacuzzi tub. On our last day as we were packing up to go, there was simply NO CABLE and therefore NO TEVISION. for the last 3 hours of our stay. Weird.

Someone finally called me back 2 days before my stay just to tell me they don’t allow boats in their parking lot for their guests. Had to cancel my reservation which they did refund me for, but was not able to find a different last minute hotel in the area.
