"Staff are excellent, food was great value, large portions and very tasty. Included Breakfast was great value. Room was clean and tidy. Only downside was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable for my wife and I. Great destination for a stopover during a journey or quick visit to Bamburgh and the surrounding area. "

"My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Cygnet Cottage, using it as a base to explore the Northumberland Coast and local area.This particular accommodation is ideal for a couple. The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. The bathroom was small but perfectly usable with a decent, electric, shower. Upstairs was the bedroom with good storage facilities and a comfortable double bed...

"Lovely dog friendly property in a beautiful location with views over to Holy Island. The owner had thoughtfully provided a telescope, which was much appreciated. The house was well equipped, with comfy beds and lounge seating. "
