Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

horrible

no sleep workmen drilling banging shouting ti 7p[m start again at 830 am the man come to us told me i don't own the house so sorry can do nothing and while talking he just stood up and walked out no manners at all i have never in my life had to complain ever no more i hope wiil i go back no some were eles yes tried to asnice but not very cleank for some money back no reply.
