Excellent vacation spot!

We had a fantastic time at Residencia Karimbo' and hope to return again. Owners, Patrick and Naiara are wonderful! It was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious each morning and the facility was great.

Gostei muito do quarto, o tamanho era excelente, tudo bem organizado, possuía uma varanda espaçosa. Em alguns locais acumulava um pouco de poeira, mas no geral recomendo.

We got to the hotel very very late at night due to a flight delay, and had to leave very very early in the morning to catch a boat. The reception is not 24h, but the owner waited for us to get there and woke up early to make us breakfast. Really kind!

A gem, perfect to return to after a day or evening

Consider this to be a very pleasant place. The owner is very helpful and speaks english. I think I maybe got the best room On the upper floor. I choose the hotel because of the pictures made me think that the rooms would nice and welcoming. And my room was very nice. The breakfast is simple eggs ham bread and fruit. Enough for most people. Of course the pool is just a puddle as visible in the images. But the backyard can be enjoyed. Some people maybe is put of by it location. But I consider all of Belem to be equal. And it is very close to the waterfront and big streets

passage obligatoire avant de partir sur l'Amazone pour rejoindre Manaus, ai été heureux de rencontrer un français vivant à Bêlem qui m'a donné pas mal de tuyaux et laissé disposer de la chambre le jour de mon départ jusqu'à 16 H !!

Nous étions juste de passage .... Idéal pour prendre l'avion très tôt , hôtel bien placé à côté de l'aéroport avec navette Et parking.... Si location de voiture donc également à côté des loueurs de voitures ( Hertz... Etc!)

Bom lugar para descansar...

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Flávio, responsável pelo Residence. Ótima localização; o lugar é bem decorado, arrumado e limpo. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Somente o bairro (Reduto) é que não deu boa impressão, mas saímos à pé para passear e não houve nenhum problema.

TRES SYMPATHIQUE accueil de la part de Patrick, son épouse et leur fils, situation parfaite pour visiter Belem, chambre convenant bien. The best place we could find in the center of Town

Very caring host, giving lots of helpfull hints for visits, shopping and food and a wonderful calm "island" of a pousada very close to the most interesting spots in the city. We got fresh towels after two days and a nice breakfast in the patio near the pool.

Very nice place close to the main square.

We stayed in the upstairs suite with a very large private bathroom. The facilities were great, the hosts were very friendly and the location is convenient. 10R$ cab ride to The Docks.

Lovely family run hotel

The owner Patrick and his wife were lovely. Even although his wife didn't speak any English she did her best to help us with anything we needed. It was Patrick's birthday while we were there and he even gave us some of his cake for breakfast. The day before, his wife had been making desert for them and had given some to us as well. It's the small things like that that make it so excellent. Highly recommend this place.
