I am told that this is the best hotel in Belem. It is pretty basic but fine for a short stay. The room was dated but comfortable. I ate breakfast which was very good. The bar area is okay but not anything special. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Os colaboradores de um modo geral são bem prestativos e educados. Menção especial a Noemia da recepção, sempre muito solicita e eficiente na solução dos problemas apresentados. Destaque no bar para Gilberto, Marcelo, Oliver , Francisco (garçom) e Felipe, todos muito atenciosos e educados. A cozinha é muito boa, e bem flexivel em alterar os pratos conforme o gosto do cliente. O atendimento de modo geral melhorou muito desde a ultima estadia.

Café da manha razoavel. Os pães não me agradaram. Não havia menu de opções feitos na hora como omete e tapioca. A mesa onde apresentam o self-service é muito apertada. A cama era muito confortável. Como as janelas não são acústicas, o barulho do bar da rua atrapalha um pouco o sono. Internet razoavel. Achei as diárias caras para o que o hotel oferece.

The included breakfast has enough options. Staff is very helpful. They are renovating the hotel but we did not notice any noise whatsoever. Being a 4+ star hotel the room is spacey but the looks are not that of a 4*. OveralSome restaurants and places to visit are walkable but everyone Uber I talked to said you better take a cab due to safety especially at night. really satisfied would book again, I got a really good price via Expedia.

Hotel sob reforma, café da manhã não tinha morango e nem banana, poucas frutas, café fraco, leite sem lactose 1 opção só. No bolo tinha mosca passeando, toalhas de banho pareciam de Ibis, finas e muito usadas, lençóis, ásperos de tão usados e não bem lavados. Ar condicionado muito bom e chuveiro tb. No geral é só pela localização e tentar dormir com um pouco de dignidade.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Radisson Hotel à Belém. Le personnel était excellent : l’accueil a été chaleureux, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. La propreté de l’hôtel et de la chambre était également très satisfaisante. Cependant, quelques points négatifs ont entaché notre expérience. Nous avons subi deux coupures d'électricité durant notre séjour, dont une a duré plusieurs minutes, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. La chambre, bien que confortable, était assez vétuste et mériterait une rénovation pour correspondre aux standards d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. En résumé, une expérience globalement positive grâce au service irréprochable, mais avec quelques améliorations nécessaires pour vraiment justifier la classification 5 étoiles.
