RECLAMAÇÃO

No site de vocês fui informada que tinha disponível estacionamento, no entanto é um pequeno espaço sem abertura eletrônica, local cheio de mato, tínhamos que descer do carro numa chuva pra chamar alguém pra abrir. Quarto com mal cheiro, baratas, banheiro enche de água quando tomamos banho(dificuldade no escoamento), sem frigobar, sem interfone, roupas de cama mal conservadas(qualidade ruim). Resumindo: NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM ESSA HOSPEDAGEM. FAVOR REVISEM SEUS PARCEIROS. Dinheiro gasto e muitooooooo arrependimento!!! Me senti extremamente lesada com o anúncio de vocês.

O hotel condiz com o que está descrito no app. Tem boa localização, bem organizado e de bom conforto. O lado negativo é que por ter reservado pelo app, não pudemos escolher o horário de entrada, só apartir das 14 horas da tarde.
