My journey in Lebanon is truly a love story and this lovely family owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! They’re truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are absolutely fantastic and it feels so good to sit outside in the garden . I highly recommend this lovely hotel to my friends and family thank you Almurjan Fam. Love you

Broken room key, every time we need to access the room one of stuff must come over to open the door. A/C is not working properly and the room in afternoon becomes like oven. The music was way high and stayed after 02:00 Am after midnight

Not that good

We booked this hotel only because of the great reviews on tripadvisor but unfortunately nothing was consistent with what was written in the reviews. For example the deluxe room that we booked was an ordinary dubbel room with no bathrobes or anything special. And the worst thing was that they forgot to clean our room 2 out of 5 days, even though we reminded them in the morning. This is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Our stay at this hotel was a total disappointment and we will not return. The only positive thing was the reception staff, especially the young man with uniform and hat, that was very serviceminded.

The location is great. Just a short walk from great eats and touristic sitings. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help with anything requested. The check in and out were easy and fast. All staff are always happy and smiling. We would recommend this beautiful modern and very clean hotel to our friends and family. Excellent accueil du personnel et de la direction. Des cafés pris le soir au comptoir n'ont pas été facturés. Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas été servi sous forme de buffet, c'est un peu dommage car nous avons eu littéralement de tout sur notre table qui débordait. Nous nous inquiétions du gaspillage mais la direction nous a indiqué que rien n’était jeté mais donné aux associations qui s'occupent des nombreux migrants (la législation doit être plus souple qu'en France, tant mieux).

A hotel close to Harissa

Nice hotel fitting to purpose since we were out all day. Breakfast is satisfactory. No facilities to enjoy if you will rest in. Staff is friendly. Be careful of the following: 1- If booking an airport transportation through the hotel, make sure to go out of the airport before 1 hour from the landing time, otherwise you will be charged extra 9000 LBP without prior notice when requesting the transportation. 2- Review mini bar contents when checking in as they charged me for a packet of chewing gum that i didn't use, and couldn't prove them wrong thus paid for it.

This was my first time staying at this hotel -- actually never had heard of it before. But I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet, clean, and above all, a nice room view overlooking the gorgeous Mediterranean. The staff was very hospitable and courteous too. Would I stay there again? Certainly.
