Great location. Friendly staff but limited English. Room, temperature and bed comfortable and quiet. Wifi not useful for Travellers from outside China as it keeps disabling the VPN. We were on 16th floor with views over city. Stayed there for one week, staff extremely helpful, Rocco, Navigator assisted when going to visit Tiananmen Square, Jefferson sorting out problem with tour, maids cleaning rooms all very helpful. Large indoor pool although sauna not very hot. Rooms adequate. Variety of choice at breakfast with continental and Asian foods and beverages. Location 10 mins from Subway and Main shopping area at Wangfujing. Would recommend.
