Few of the things that I love capturing are stunning reflections, colors, landscapes and skylines. I returned to this park almost after three years and wasn't disappointed at all. Rocky gap State Park is located in Western Maryland, 2 hours drive from Baltimore. The fall colors have not peaked in this part of Maryland yet, but likely they will in the next one week. Staff at check in was very helpful and by offered excellent dinner recommendations. Outdoor pool looked inviting (closed for the season). The only “hot” breakfast item was waffles; selection was limited but adequate. The overall value was good and I would stay here again.
