Low Quality Hotel, but Fair Price

The Area was Fairly Quiet, the Room was Cool and Comfortable, best bring Your Own Blanket and Pillow, the existing ones had cigarette burns in them. Also keep your LUGGAGE Bags Closed if You Dont want Any Roaches to Come Home With You. Plenty Gecko to eat insect inside too.

The location was excellent for what we needed to do while in Beaumont. The property was as I expected for the price, which is to say average. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, plus the room was clean. It's a mid-price hotel with mid-price features. We did have a good refrigerator and microwave so that helped keep our food fresh.

This place was run down beyond description. It looks like an older hotel that is only partially habitable. The remaining wings seem to be leased for longer term and then hotel rooms. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Beaumont, don’t stay here!!

We got what we paid for as it is butted up to a truck stop. Cheap gets cheap. Being directly facing the interstate the noise was always there. Never again. Executive Inn it was not.

Find another motel!

Not clean, smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Just overall dirty and run down.

They tried to have me to pay again at the desk. No vending machines, ice machine, more water than ice. Door to the room didn’t close tightly, you feel air coming inside, you can almost see outside and you hear everything out, people talking, trucks moving, air breaks like the door is wide open. Shower drain came off while showering.

Better than nothing room

The room seemed like they were in the middle of fixing/remodeling it. There was black tape on the crease of the door as if to resemble weather stripping, the walls were dirty-parts has been written on. Part of the mattress was defaced. The bathroom door scraped the floor making it hard to open. 1/2 outlets had no power. Noticeable cosmetic damage throughout. Minimal service-not enough towels for all persons. Had to bring old towels to get new ones. The only reason stayed in room was because we only needed a bed so made due on a last minute holiday weekend trip.
