"The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up. The only thing that was done by housekeeping was a change of towels and that was it. At some point we had to ask for fresh sheets which we changed ourselves to atleast have a fresh bed to sleep in. If there’s anything to improve on it would be this. Other than that its an amazing hotel"

"Hotel is totally outdated restaurant staff in the morning all looked like they where miserable and broken the person in charge was rude and disrespectful "

"Very friendly and helpful staff , garden cottage was perfect for a peaceful stay. Restaurant food was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything. "

"We didn't use the Spa which I am sure is lovely, its an additional cost and we didn't have time. The lobby is also ok, its the rooms! The bed was comfy but the bath, shower attachment and shower curtain were from the 1970's as was the furniture in the room - minimal toiletries - 2 mini shampoo bottles! A spa hotel is the implication, but it certainly not that !"
