good service, bad room

the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman on maintenance that i’d spoken too. but in terms of condition of the room that we stayed in, it was bad. there was an infestation of stink bugs by the ac unit, the tv was broken, the door to our room did not close all the way, the lock on said door was also ripped off entirely, the bathroom door did not lock, and the state of the shower itself was not good.

Comfortable stay!!

Check-In girl was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and water was nice and hot. We were disappointed when we came down for a hot breakfast and there wasn’t anything hot available. Guess since there weren’t too many guests there last night they weren’t cooking anything hot.

Hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The pool was closed for repairs, but was not told about the repairs when I made my reservation. Our room was missing the curtains on the window, so I had to hang a blanket on the window.
