Not ever again 😒

It was horrible. Trash outside the room, used soap in the shower, roaches running around, men getting "services " in the parking lot. It was the worst.

The staff was the ONLY impeccable!! Had to call police because of fighting outside of my door....a LOT of riff raff! NOT A SAFE AREA!

Worst Hotel ever! Stay at your house not Here!!!

Worst Hotel Ever! Hometowne Suites leave the lights off so the roaches can greet you. We stayed at this hotel due to storm delta. Rooms seem to be clean until roaches started comeing out, room was non smoking but heavy smoke smell in the room, rooms didn't have towels, and it was high traffic area for people off the street. The lights went out due to the storm and we had to fight the heat and the roaches. This was the worst ecperience ever!!!

The rooms was filthy, the blankets had cigarette holes and they also had roaches in the room. The room had a foul smell. The microwave was dirty and filthy. The shower had stains on the floor.

DO NOT STAY! It was like staying in the projects! Roaches! Dirty restroom and shower. Room was not even cleaned, first night I opened the drawer and there was trash EVERYWHERE! No remote control! Broken cabinets in the kitchen. Stovetop dirty! They did not offer to clean the room everyday. They said the would do it on Wed never came! Neighbors were up all night loud music and sounds. You could hear a knock every 20-30 mins as if something was being sold next door! Ppl hanging out outside drinking beer and trash everywhere!ELEVATOR SMELLED LIKE PISS! NASTY NASTY PLACE! I booked it for 7 nights only stayed 3 I could not take it anymore! DO NOT BOOK UNLESS U R DESPERATE!

Do not stay here

Very disappointed, hotel was full of crack addicts prostitutes and roaches were all over the room and hallway hallways. I can’t believe that I am charged $145 for two nights for this type of environment.All rooms are supposed to be no smoking yet there were cigarette burns all over the bed and my clothing had to be washed because it smelled like smoke. I feel a refund is due to me please take this out of hotels.com.

One word: Ghetto. While checking in, a large cockroach strutted across the floor behind the receptionist. Drove around the complex to find my room and witnessed a male taking a leak on the building right up front... in broad daylight. I almost requested my money back at that point, but didn't want to hassle finding something else. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. As far as cleanliness, it doesn't exist here. I was provided with a refrigerator and it had a couple of drinks in it already... with the seals broken. Left over from some previous customer, I presume. I'm also a smoker and I get up a couple of times each night to step outside and have a smoke. Every time I did, there were sketchy-looking characters wandering the parking lot. I will not be returning here anytime soon. Only one thing positive to say about this dump; the water did get hot quickly and there was decent water pressure.

First, the name of the hotel sounds like it would be a nice place to stay for one night right? Absolutely WRONG!!!! I am pissed to the max. From start to end I had hell! Ghettoism at its finest. The guy at the desk doesn’t have any customer service skills at all! Had his back turned to me the whole time! Didn’t know anything that was pertinent to my stay but had the audacity to warn me that I took the last room which has a leaking a/c and door doesn’t close easily. He forgot to remind me about the roaches though!!!!!!!!! I stayed up all night long killing roaches! They were all in the bed, all on the ceiling. Shower was disgusting! Looked like it had never been cleaned! Towels looked old and looked like they had never been washed with hair all through them. This place is

Roach infested hotel

The hotel was full of roaches it was roach infested. So they switched me to another room and it was also up charge. Put a bag of Taco Bell on the table and went outside and came back in the bag was full of roaches also.
