The bedspread in our room had cigarette burns all over the comforter. The room was poorly cleaned as there was trash on the floor. We did not end up staying at this hotel due to the condition of the room.

The aesthetics of the property and accommodations were very pleasing. The rooms were very modern with new television. And everything worked, television switches, air conditioning, etc. Extremely lacking from staff was friendliness and common courtesy. One in my party, during a housekeeping visit, requested an additional bar of the motel soap and was denied in a gruff and unfriendly manner which continued even after offering to pay for the additional soap. After the pleasant beginnings, an ending with two such occasions of rudeness really disappointed me.

The maid service only made the bed and supplied new towels daily. Room was not cleaned properly and the hotel has roaches!!!! The kitchenette was not stocked with anything. The cost for the room was affordable and location was close to my work location.

Bed Bugs. Terrible Bed Bugs.

Ok, so me and my girlfriend stayed here for a couple of hours on Jan 19th. Around 10 PM I saw a bed bug and then about 2 minutes later I saw a couple more. At this time we decided to find a hotel elsewhere. Before leaving we found a cockroach on the bed as well. Did I mention the sheets weren’t even clean??! There were crumbs of food all in the sheets from previous use and NO CLEANING! UGH!! We were absolutely disgusted and immediately went to the front desk to let him know of the conditions and that we would not be staying. We asked for a refund and were given cash even though it stated in their policy that they don’t do refunds. We were at least happy about this part. I would like to say, upon entry the hotel room looked fine, nice even, it wasn’t until getting ready for bed that everything turned to poo. The bathroom was HUGE and mostly clean minus a little urine on the toilet seat. I get that this hotel is dirt cheap, but come on, wash the freaking sheets and at least attempt to clean the room. We WILL NEVER stay here again. I’m itchy just thinking about it.

Was a good overnighter

Well the check-in experience was pleasant, especially since our room was upgraded to a king with no extra charge! (There wasn’t a king listing on the site but one was available when we got here). Overall the room was nice. Very large bathroom, nice sized fridge, comfy bed..the works. My only complaint was the toilet wasn’t as clean as it could have been as well as I found a bug on the bed upon entry. The walls are also VERY THIN, so you can pretty much hear everything. You definitely get what you pay for. I would definitely stay as an overnight again as the price was cheap but nothing more than that.

Umpire review of hotel.

The hotel from the internet looks decent. The area around the hotel is a bit scary, but for the price it was ok. No continental breakfast offered, and had to ask staff to make coffee in the AM. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I used the kitchenette, the microwave and Refrigerator were new and nice.
