The large dining room is flooded with natural light and opens onto the living room & front verandah, whilst the kitchen and second living area flow out to the back covered alfresco area with a BBQ - perfect for an afternoon cheese platter and a glass of wine

The top floor is yours to relax and enjoy elevated views over Bathurst looking towards the iconic 'Mount Panorama'.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home apart from the self contained studio on the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE- The homeowner may stay from time to time in the self contained room on the first floor, please note he does keep to himself and you will rarely come across him.

The bedrooms are generous in size allowing for bedding flexibility to have either 4 king beds - 1 in each room or the rooms can be made as 2 triple rooms and 2 twin rooms (with advanced notice).


Interaction with Guests:
You may see the owner coming and going occasionally as he stays in the self contained studio on the bottom floor - he will respect guests privacy and not go anywhere apart from his studio and through the front door.
