Parking was ok, very narrow but ok,
We were in room 1, the only thing I requested was a double bed, what I had was 2 single beds pushed together, woke up aching,
The bathroom was in a separate room.
We had our own key, not what I expected very disappointed, especially when we needed the toilet through the night, the doors were hard to open, the old fashioned, the host was a nice bloke, and breakfast was lovely.
Lovely breakfast , guest house great location to cantral Bath .
Clean basic Accomadation. Bath has become expensive for money at £330 for 2 nights other cities you would be having amenities like a gym or swimming pool .
Good location—easy walk to historic centre; solid breakfast; comfortable rooms.

Lovely time away
The B&B is clean and the room is comfy. Breakfast food is delicious & the owners are very accommodating and friendly. There is parking at the back of the property however there is only space for 2 cars, permits are offered but spaces for these are limited so can be a little difficult to find and is often a little walk from the property. The rooms are on the smaller side but as stated are clean and comfortable. The property is only a short 10 minute walk from the town which has a variety of things to do. It's an absolutely beautiful place.
I guess we went to Bath on their windiest day of the year and there isn't much a host can do about this. We could hear the rain and wind the whole evening on our top floor studio.
Absolutely lovely beds and sheets, comfy and clean. Very good breakfast, quality and service. Free parking was a plus. Great communication and patience, as I could have avoided all calls if I had simply read their email properly.
All and all 10 out of 10.
The room we had was comfortable, we weren’t aware that it didn’t have an en-suite as with most of the rooms but we had our own private bathroom which was just next to the room. Breakfast was cooked to order and Covid safety was clearly a priority for the owners.
The hotel does have a couple of parking spaces at the back of the property but the turning to get to the back is very tight which we were not prewarned about, if you have a bigger vehicle, I wouldn’t bother attempting it. They provide parking permits for all guests and they is plenty of space to park nearby.
We had a very pleasant stay. The room although compact was spotlessly clean. Matt is a great host and kept us entertained with his stories (Ask him about the curtains) The guest house is a mere 5 minutes walk from the centre (Bars Restaurants etc) and is two minutes from the botanic gardens and five minutes from the Royal Crescent. The breakfast was all cooked to order and there is an almost endless list of what's on offer.

The people were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was really good. Everything was really clean. The property was really well situated for the town centre as we only had a 10 minute walk. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!
The host gave us an excellent service, the area is lovely near the town centre and walking distance to all the sites that we wanted to see. Breakfast is amazing.
We just stay for one night as we change schedule Arrived one day early in Bath. Their bed is comfortable, but the shower can’t adjust the water temperature which always stay in extremely hot.
The most important is we can feel that they not so welcome Asian, esp Chinese, they keep blaming, ordering, very stressful and bad experience. I never experience this kind of service before. We will never come back again.
Albany guest house did so well in this pandemic, was able to supply a cracking breakfast, brilliant coffee. Matt kept things ticking over nicely, beds comfy. Definitely would reccomend.
We had a really great experience with Albany Guest House. We were a bit nervous traveling during covid, but I appreciated the need for face masks in the common areas and hand sanitizer when you walked in the door. There were a couple of parking spots on-site (and a permit available if those spots were full). We didn't realize how tight the street leading to the parking was. We were incredibly glad to have brought the smaller of our two cars. The first one would have gotten stuck! The room was perfect for our family with 3 small children. They all loved having their own small bed to themselves, one of which was tucked away in the corner by the stairs (my daughters fought over this one). Overall very nice stay. I wish we could have stayed in Bath longer than one day. The food the morning we checked out was lovely and catered to my gluten free requirements.
What a lovely B&B! Room great, fantastic breakfast Matt was wonderful with dietary needs for my daughter. We were lucky to get a parking space at the back. Just a short stroll in to Bath which is fab. Lovely park at the back, up towards Royal Crescent. Absolutely fantastic location. Would definitely return if came to Bath again.
