Damn terrible hotel. Stay here if you want to sleep with bedbugs, wipe yourself with a towel with yellow stains and get woken up by loud music, banging sounds in other room and people shouting outside the window.

First of all, I am deeply impressed by how pleasant my smoking room was. There was not a hint of the usual stale cigarette smell, and even more commendable with how quickly my own cigarette smell dissipated (in sufficient time). The bed, showers, bedside table, work desk, were free of any burn marks, appearing as new as they could be. Walking distance to Rasa Station, my recommended, roadside seafood stall, and the awesome satay stall that was priced very reasonably. BCS Mall is a stone throw away, especially convenient if there are signs of rain. Their rooftop bar, Skylight, was a joy to sit at and listen to, with very enthusiastic live bands. Highly recommended for travellers who want to shop in a more 'heartland' kind of mall, and eat local food that isn't priced for tourists. Great service at the front desk, polite and professional. Ride-hail works fine on location, just have to be understanding about the drop-off points that the drivers sometimes can't stop at.

I’ve difficulty in sleeping at night as I can smell cigarettes smoke in my non smoking room, I guess the smell is from the corridor outside my room. I’ve difficulty in breathing and throat sore issue.

Had a 3D2N stay there, convenient place for me. Walking distance to BCS mall, Grand mall, Nagoya Hill shopping. Service staff are friendly, room are clean, I stayed on 3rd facing the main road, the road noise is quite noisy at times. I will come back next time.

Real badly managed hotel

Booked grand deluxe non smoking for 3 pax paid usd 36. Beyond the avg rate what the hotel provided. Seriously when checked in, no non smoking room available. They changed the smaller non smoking room and promised will refund our $. They refunded 150k idr which equal to 15sgd. I find not Worthed with all the services and all the things I experienced even for a night. The new room 404 still has strong smoking smell. The grand deluxe 610 also has sewage smell and smoking smell too. Condition in room 410 Bathroom dirty some hair seen at the edge, basin clog, no hair dryer The time when I asked for spare hair dryer none and I washed my hair. The receptionist said the hairdryer is not avail in every room. I gotta sleep with wet hair.. After 2 calls the recept said hair dryer being used by other room. Do u think he really called at 12am.. Poor managed hotel. Also the Internet connection I failed to connect to the WiFi. Their saving grace only their brekkie food.with nice decent taste of Indonesian home cooked meal, which I find okay. 1.Wifi/inet connection, rating 0 I can't connect at all 2.Room poor, rating 1 not that bad, but amenities only soap and shampoo and no hair dryer. The sheet has some stains. Even it is smoking room still has smokes smells escp room 404 3.Staff attitude on the phone 0 they keep promising etc and very slow 4. Bathroom rating 0.dirty They don't clean throughly, can see hair and some visible dirt. Basin clogging

Decent hotel for a one-night stay

The hotel staff are approachable. Hotel room is clean but bathroom is not. We had to rinse the floor before we could use it. Breakfast service was slow but food was ok. You can choose to skip the breakfast and go for a better alternative outside. Parking is free so it gets full on weekend nights due to the lounge upstairs. So if you drive, you may have to park about 100 metres down the road.

Upset and helpless customer

The hotel gave us a smoking room instead of a non smoking room as indicated as preference on my booking. Reason being that the hotel was fully booked and there were no more rooms available. The smell was really strong and I ended up sneezing the entire night and had a bad sleep. The wifi connection was not stable and we could not get logged on. It was much better in the early morning. The reason stated when rejected was that there was limited accounts. Overall, other than the two points, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good and the bed is comfy and clean. Location is great. I’ve never gotten a smoking room in my life before. If you want a non smoking room and want to stay in this hotel, better get them to confirm the room type beforehand.
