The rooms are very clean, but it will be good if the bathroom has accessories for hanging of wet suits. Overall experience is good. The F&B manager, Mr. Ade, is extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy our stay.

The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby.

I like Fourpoints Batam very much.

I stayed Fourpoints Batam many times and always condition is very good. All the staffs reception, restaurant, concierge are very kind, friendly and full hospitality. I enjoyed Halloween BBQ last night. I like this hotel very much.

Although not much attractive options at the immediate surroundings, the hotel itself is worth staying at. The location is also quite convenient for grab users at it sits between harbour bay terminal and Nagoya hill mall. For breakfast, I would recommend the local options just outside the hotel to support the locals.
