"We have always chosen to stay at this hotel because they have consistently been one of the best places to stay after a long flight. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are great, the breakfast has always been a nice convenience, and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately, this recent stay was a bit disappointing. When we went down for breakfast, there was barely any food left, and items were not replenished until I repeatedly asked. This was around 9:00 AM, and it took until about 9:40 AM before the tapa was finally refilled.
Another disappointment was the breakfast charge for our kids. During our previous stays, we were never charged for their breakfast, but this time we were charged the full breakfast fee even though the selection was very limited and they only ended up eating champorado because there wasn’t much left.
The room and bed were still comfortable, and we appreciate the good service we have always received. However, because of this experience, we will likely skip paying extra for breakfast on our next stay and look for other breakfast options instead."
