The staff at this cozy hotel were very friendly despite my Italian being very bad. Linda was amazing at the front desk. I had to shorten my trip a couple of days & they were incredibly understanding. The dinners were fantastic and despite the town being relatively remote, everything was very accessible. I would certainly consider staying here again!

Ideal für EvWay und/oder Smartbox Kunden

Das Hotel wurde von uns wegen der Lage (Trentino) und dem Komfort (Wellness, Ladestation) gewählt und weil wir den Smartbox Gutschein einlösen wollten. Leider funktionierte die Ladestation nur mit RFID Chip von EvWay, den wir nicht haben.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nella suite Beethoven, la stanza è molto grande e ben pulita, anche se lo spazio a disposizione non è sfruttato bene. Arredamento un po’ datato (anche se nello stile di montagna), il lavandino era scheggiato e la vasca “Idromassaggio” anche lei un po’ datata e con il problema che quando ci si faceva la doccia usciva tutta l’acqua sul pavimento in quanto il “box doccia” non era ben aderente. Ora vengono i problemi per noi più importanti: -la stanza non ha il climatizzatore… capisco che è un hotel di montagna, ma il caldo di questo agosto 2023 era davvero insopportabile, abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte tutta la notte -il bar è aperto fino a tarda notte, si sentono urla e schiamazzi delle persone anche con le finestre chiuse… fastidioso -l’accesso alla piscina è permesso solo a chi è munito di cuffia (non c’è scritto da nessuna parte su Expedia che la cuffia è da portare), ne abbiamo acquistate due al costo di 4€ cadauna -il prezzo è abbastanza coerente con il servizio offerto, ma la suite non ha nulla di una suite… eccetto il grande spazio a disposizione -colazione nella norma, brioches molto buone il resto così così. Il personale comunque è gentile.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück überragend. Abendessen hatten wir nicht-deshalb keine Beurteilung. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung der Zimmer insbesondere des Badezimmer sollte dringend durchgeführt werden. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist man hier richtig. Pizzerias gibt es sehr gute in der Nähe. Wellnessbereich ist in Ordnung.

Hotel vecchio, tutto è rimasto come agli anni 80’. Ho soggiornato in una doppia comfort ed era davvero piccola, con bagno bruttino degno di un 3 stelle, mai ristrutturato, non sicuro dei 155 euro pagati per la camera di un 4 stelle. Buona la colazione e carina la spa, ma in generale basso rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ho soggiornato il 25 e 26 Marzo 2017 presso questa struttura, ma già precedentemente avevo soggiornato. Sono tornato perchè la prima esperienza era stata molto positiva. Che dire tutto molto bello e personale molto gentile e competente. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta ed anche il centro benessere e piscina puliti. Ristorante ottimo. Lo consiglio......

Un bel rifugio in cui tornare

Personale cordiale , ottimo il ristorante sia per i piatti che per la grande scelta di vini . C'è di tutto per la colazione al mattino . Piscina ben riscaldata e con varie soluzioni di idromassaggio . Camere ed hotel ben puliti e ben tenuti . Sicuramente un posto piacevole in cui tornare
