The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. I got very sick in the middle of the night and had to go to the ER and the night staff was very helpful and supportive and called me a taxi. Breakfast was fine. The machine actually makes a very good coffee and the buffet had everything. Juice was fresh squeezed.

The location of the hotel was the best feature. One block from the train station was convenient. The fact that local transportation was available on the trams and buses right in front of the hotel was helpful for exploring the city. Thanks for providing the free transit cards during our visit.

Really lovely stay, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, perfect location to travel as train station and tram stops right outside hotel, not too noisy it was really calm and overall a perfect stay.
