The room was lovely with a kitchenette which was a nice touch. Also lovely shower and bed was very comfortable. The pillows where not comfortable and the fan in the room not strong enough and noisy. But really the whole stay was most pleasant. Thank you

We had a great time 2nd time here we had the rooms with the jacuzzi bath absolutely loved Nice staff clean room nice food good entertainment and drinks wasn’t overly expensive either

We were allocated a large room on the 3rd floor. There is no lift. We requested a lower floor the room was mor like a bedsit .clean and quiet. .The front of the building is covered in scaffding. If we were in the rooms with hottubs etc different experience.Staff minimal buit helpful.restuarant has always been good.

Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it. The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong. When I arrived to the hotel on my second night I find out that my bathroom light is not working. Manager has sent 2 staff members but they couldn't help so I didn't have light there at all. Room was very clean in general but shame about bird droppings on the window. Looked very messy and unhygienic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really enjoyable stay at the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Barrow-in-Furness. The hotel offers fantastic value for money, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. It had everything I needed for a relaxing break. What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Matt, the Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His friendly approach, professionalism, and willingness to help genuinely made a difference and added a personal touch that you don't always find these days. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was very clean & stylish! Quite warm, with the windows open the seagulls can be quite a noisy bunch but no fault of the hotels. Very comfortable room & great service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel the staff was all very polite and welcoming me and my husband both loved the room very modern decor it was very clean and smelt lovely on arrival the spa bath in the room was perfect we stayed the Easter weekend we also had food and drinks downstairs in the restaurant the food was delicious and a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails we will definitely be returning again thank you for a fantastic stay

Saturday in June 24

Great hotel in barrow Fast check in and check out. Stayed in the Dalton suite massive room very clean. Comfortable bed. Bar on the ground floor with a good DJ on a Saturday night. Food was reasonably priced and made to a high standard.

Best nights sleep

We stay here when we visit family and always chose the spa bath rooms, we love the room and it’s clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable. The only negative we found this time was the room has started to look in need of a refresh. The walls are marked, there was damage to the mirror, canvas, frame on bathroom window. This is no reflection on the hotel it’s clearly been disrespectful customers but it does spoil the room a little as it’s always been immaculate. We will still be back as always.

Comfortable but would like breakfast and microwave

Lovely warm greeting on arrival with the Portuguese female in reception. Room was more than comfortable enough, great location for work. No mornjng breakfast facilities which was a shame but you could order continental to be delivered to your room the night before. Easy access to the rooms. I would have liked a microwave as part of the kitchenette, just a toaster and kettle. Overall I had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.
