Great location. Ideal distance from town centre. Rooms comfy. Stayed here now 3 or 4 time's and each time has been spot on.bar connected to property so a little noise in the evening but this is to be expected. Dodnt botger us but may bother others

Good for the price. Clean room and comfortable bed. No meals onsite so asked girl behind the bar for ding options. Not much help , said McDonalds and a takeaway down the road . Turns out we found a choice of two good pubs! Only five minutes round the corner. Overall ok.
Stayed here for 1 night as we booked the night before bank holiday and everywhere else was booked.
It was sleepable, easy enough to live in for 1 night.
But otherwise unclean, the bedding on one bed had stains, the shower had hair in it, and the cavity between the wall and shower cubicle was choc full of cobwebs, and the bathroom door handle was just about hanging in there.

Lovely room, beds let it down.
Lovely big light airy room. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, two of the beds squeaky badly. I slept on the (comfortable) matress in the floor. A shame as otherwise, it was a lovely place! An easy fix i would think.

First of all the staff member blonde women fire her rude in a instant of meeting me told me to wait to ours in barrow just so I could go to my room knowing it's a really quiet hotel day and that it wouldn't be a big deal to try get it done early so I could get some rest didn't even show me where my room was or tell me the WiFi password had to ask a member of the public room has a wall with a hole in it shower head covered in mold told me I'd get fined for smoking in my room even though she clearly seen me have a cigarette outside told me I'd get a fine for losing my key after explaining I was stoping my partner from harms way due to a idiot driver loud music till midnight every night no free breakfast taky rooms that leed right into the public's view from the window very hard to find without asking someone first hand then when I was ready to leave came not 1 not 2 but free hours every at 8 when my check outs at 11 to try clean my room keep in mind I was asleep in bed and just barged in didn't even apologize just turned around and walked out this blonde women who works as a receptionist fire her stg worst hotel I've ever been in
Good (heating) temperature control, center of the town. Walking distance to work place. Private carpark for parking. Clean room etc.

Bed very squeaky, desk unsafe - leaned when lap top put on it, shower flooded bathroom floor(this was rectified) no toilet roll holder, bathroom door opened outwards into the bedroom if not fully shut, window didn't open, no battery in remote (got one when asked), cold water tap switched itself off - continue to turn in opposite direction came on again, large crack in sink, heater legs kept falling off, one coat hanger,
Was good from start to finish / room was

Cheap and cheerful but no lie in
You get what you pay for. If you’ve opted for a budget stay then don’t expect too much glamour. Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Could do with redecorating but room was clean.
Only disappointment was being woken up early by the cleaners crashing about long before check out time.
