Hotel bonito mas precisa ficar melhorar

Não conseguimos dormir direito porque tem muito mosquito no local. Foi bem desconfortável. O hotel poderia colocar telas nas janelas dos quartos pois o nosso mesmo com a janela fechada tinha uma pequena brecha por onde os mosquitos entravam. Eles entravam também pelo banheiro. Outras coisas que posso pontuar é sobre o café não tinha muita variedade e sobre o salgado de jogos que não existia no local. Peço até que tirem as fotos caso não venha ter pois contávamos com isso. Sobre a localização é muito boa, chuveiro forte. Acho que o maior ponto negativo foram os mosquitos.

Por fora o hotel é bonito, a área de lazer e boa. O quarto pode melhorar muito! Os colchões e travesseiros não são confortáveis, não tem uma cadeira no quarto, a televisão não oferece nada além dos canais locais. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, porém precisam de treinamento para atender melhor. Tive que subir 2 andares com todas as malas sozinha pois estava com uma criança e um idoso. O café da manhã é ótimo.

Muito bom, espero voltar breve!

Então, hotel muito bom, já é a quinta vez que me hospedo nele. Boa localização, conforto, café da manhã bom, quantos bons... Só tenho a reclamar que meu filho vomitou um pouco no quarto e minha esposa foi até a recepção e não tinha ninguém para limpar, minha esposa conseguiu um pano e rodo e limpou, o que não vejo problema nisso, mas não ter ninguém que pudesse ajudar, fica essa ressalva. E percebi alguma funcionários que mal lhe responde um bom dia, isso as vezes incomoda por naoyse sentir bem recebido. Em geral espero voltar em breve!

Serviço ruim, não recomendo.

A equipe de atendimento nao é bem preparada, nao sao educados e hospitaleiros, parecem trabalhar no automático. O quarto nao estava bem limpo, havia cabelos no chao do quarto, tambem no banheiro. O quarto nao cheirava bem, chuveiro nao aquecia e ar condicionado nao gelava, alem de estar claramente sujo, pois ao ser ligado sentia-se o cheiro de poeira.

Não recomendaria, hotel com muita mais muita muriçoca mesmo, não tem telas para impedir as muriçoca na janelas, café da manhã muito fraco, suco horrível, bem dizer água e corante, e não tem variedades. Não foi uma experiência agradável. Mesas de sinucas estragadas, ar condicionado dos antigos e com problemas fazendo muito barulho e gelando quase nada.

Vamos melhorar a experiência para o cliente.

Hotel com chuveiro em péssimas condições e ar condicionado não funcionava bem. Reservei o ape com antecedência no térreo e confirmado com funcionário , não fomos atendidos. Não tem uma copa para usarmos caso tenha uma criança para preparo de Refeição ou leite. Não tem uma mesa no quarto. No geral foi decepcionante .

As fotos são muito melhores do que o local, as paredes do banheiro tinham pernilongos mortos, o que mostrava claramente a falta de limpeza. Fora os funcionários que não usavam máscara.

Foi uma estadia muito boa. O hotel apresenta um bom conforto e é bem perto da praia, O café da manhã é bem satisfatório e a relação custo benefício foi ótima. Recomendo.

Zero cuidados e preocupação com a pandemia

É o Hotel é bem organizado, tem estacionamento grátis, os quartos são simples, mas confortáveis, tudo novo e limpo. Minha única questão com o Hotel foi o fato de estarmos no meio de uma pandemia e eles não terem se ajustado adequadamente. Funcionários sem máscara atendendo os hóspedes, pessoas circulando pelo hotel sem máscara. E o pior foi na área de café da manhã: mesas completamente mal distribuídas e funcionários da cozinha circulando por ali sem máscara. Não exigiam que os hóspedes estivesse usando máscara na hora de se servir, talheres misturados, e não tinha luva mesmo sendo self service. Chegamos a reclamar a um funcionário, mas de nada adiantou, até porque ele mesmo estava sem máscara.
