"My partner and I were welcomed to the family’s home by Pietro and his mother,who greeted us with a choice of coffee or fresh lemonade-we had the lemonade and it was delightful, as was the rest of our brief stay. The accommodations were wonderful for two and were equiped with everything needed (working hot water, internet, pots and pans, etc.). We were also provided with ingredients and a recipe for spaghetti, which I probably should have written down. Nonetheless, I made the attempt....

"The house is lovely, clean and spacious and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The host was very responsive and kind, and was very kind and hospitable. The beach is a 10 min walk away (lots of stairs, no problem for me but keep in mind if you have mobility concerns) , and also a few minutes away from the main town centre with lots of shops and restaurants. It is in a beautiful location and i felt very safe there. Thank you, grazie mille per tutti! "

"We booked a sea view room, and while we definitely had a sea view (which was dreamy) we were close to the central building which means we couldn’t see positano from our room. However this was made up for by the views from the rooftop and the restaurant where we had breakfast. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, and staff weren’t forthcoming with whether you could order eggs or other options not on the buffet. But in the scheme of things these were minor points. Staff were fantastic, location was great, spending a few hours recovering at the rooftop pool after walking the Path of the Gods was greatly appreciated. 100% recommend this hotel, and Praiano…a much quieter but equally as spectacular location as Positano."

"It was not our first time at Marincanto hotel we have been there in the past. It is where we got engaged and we wanted to return here for our honeymoon as it was very special to us. There is a guy who works there named Paolo who is just amazing. He takes care of you. He makes you feel at home with reservations with help around the property. Any information about Positano he just knows how to make it that much more special all the staff there are amazing. The restaurants and the views are excellent and the hotel location is 10 out of 10. You have a private beach just two minute walk down the steps to the water. There isn’t much more you can ask for I promise you you love this place especially if you were looking for romantic/family getaway."
