"Everything was clean, everyone was kind, and it is in a a great and walkable location. The restaurant in the hotel was tasty, but you're just a few minutes walk away from anywhere you wish to go. ALSO, it was a 3 minute walk from the train station Super convenient."

"This is a 3 star hotel working towards a 2 star rating. The staff and restaurant are outstanding. The WiFi is beyond bad. The staff even provided admin access which also was miserable. Water service was on and off for 2 days. This level of service would appear to be on ownership."

"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Galway. We had 2 days to plan our international trip, and I was nervous because I didn’t put a lot of time into selecting a hotel like I normally do. We couldn’t have chosen a better option. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and helpful. The only thing that could be improved are the key cards—They are very finicky and require some time to get used to. Regardless, I will be telling everyone about this hotel for years to come. Thank you for the wonderful (last minute) stay."
