Andrei and Silvia were fantastic. We had a little mix up with our booking (completely my fault) and they sorted it out for us. We chatted with Andrei who was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone!! The breakfast was great. The street was noisy but not the hotels fault. Just bring some ear plugs and you will be fine. They even let me borrow an umbrella which was the biggest umbrella I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

This was a very pleasant hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and there were 2 complimentary waters in the room. The rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear every conversation in the hallways . The hotel on some level reminded me more of a Hostel than a hotel . But I would definitely stay here again.

Walls are really thin (could sometimes hear people's conversations and shower) but wasn't an issue as I didn't hear anything after 11pm and was able to sleep soundly. Area is nice and staff is really kind! About a 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of restaurants around.
