Very friendly and helpful personnel. The location is excellent, and everything was clean and exactly as described. A big plus is the kitchen area and the availability of coffee machines. One small improvement would be the option to close the drain in the bathtub, so guests can take a proper bath.

We travelled by metro, taxis, and buses everywhere. The Metro (Urgell Station) was less than half a block away. Manel was a nice person. Teo was an amazingly wonderful and helpful hostess. She is very knowledgeable on how to get around and how to get to your places of interest. The nicest thing about this Hostal is that they have a reception and there is always someone available from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The room, although it was cramped (super small) for four adults, was clean and quiet. The bathroom is outside. We found it to be super tight, especially since we all ranged from ages 61 to 72. It’s a few steps away from the room but it’s your private bathroom as you are the only one with the key. The morning coffee was so nice to have in their cute little kitchen area, which we accompanied with a freshly baked croissant from the shop beside the Hostal. The kitchen has small tables and little stools. This seating area faces a nice green patio that belongs to another property nearby. Overall, we were happy with the place, the staff’s help, and its location.

Very good location, close to lots of restaurants and tube stations, walking distance to city center. The rooms were very clean with a very nice, fresh smell. The reception lady, Andreea, was such a sweetheart. She helped us with indications of what to visit and the best travel options. We’ll definitely go back on our next trip to Barcelona.
