Room was very clean. Location is a bit hard to find on the map (according to Uber driver), once found, it was fine. Didn’t feel super safe to walk around. I couldn’t connect to wifi I couldn’t get the heat to work, thermostat was in Spanish. Body sent me a video but I still couldn’t get it to come on. That being said, host was helpful and responsive. And the bed was comfortable.

The price was quite high compared to what was actually offered. We specifically reserved a room with a kitchenette, but after arrival we discovered that the kitchenette was not included and that we had to pay extra for it. Unfortunately, even after paying extra, the kitchenette was poorly equipped. There were not enough cups, spoons, plates, or other basic kitchen utensils. We also had no toilet paper in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Overall, we felt that the price did not match the quality or the services provided. We expected much better, especially considering that we had specifically booked a room with a kitchenette.

Hopefully this is an easy fix. But we had 2 room where the A/C was stuck on 23 degrees. We could not cool the room down. Outside temp was 32 during the day and 26 at night. Had to have the window open all night. So not much sleep due to the noise of people leaving bars till 3am and along with being bitten all over by mosquitoes. Oh and the lift was out of order. If you want the WiFi code email before hand and get ready for a ton of email to be sent regarding the arrival and stay.
