It's a weird ghost hotel with no front desk staff and the lights on motion sensors. Gives the place a eerie feel. The room was a good size, nice beds and large bathroom. There were no controls for the air conditioning so the room was freezing. The neighbourhood was nice, close to subways and eating places.

Had my family visit from out of the country and this place was perfect for a short term stay. Clean room and nice private restroom. Constructing along the Main Street but the noises didn’t come through the room. Included soap in the restroom and in the shower. Check in process was easy with keys directly on the phone via link on text. Overall great experience!

Has the basics

The room was small but had all the basics needed and was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a shared bathroom which was nice and kept clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the corridors very loudly, as well as pipes/the elevator, which is quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. The shower was also very cold every time I used it. During my stay the lock on my door broke, which is no bodies fault, these things happen, however it too far too long for somebody to come and fix my door. I was left in the waiting room for three hours during night time waiting for someone to fix my door so I could enter my room. There was also a lack of communication with me, the didn’t tell me how long it was roughly going to take or keep me updated on the situation. When the man came to fix my door they hadn’t told him that I was in the waiting room, so he went to fix my door and I didn’t even know until I called asking for an update. This was unacceptable and very stressful. I have to say that the maintenance man was very kind though.

The rooms we got wasnt ob the Photos in the Listing. The rooms in the photos are all located in the upper floor. We booked it because of the photos but we got another room which is not shown in the listing. So for us this is a NO GO! And they dont even offered us another room that we normally booked or refunded us. The aircon cant be switched off and temperature cant be changed. Aircon makes noise 24/7 in rooms 001 ground floor. Room was Clean but walls where very thin you hear the neighbours talking. At Check out we could left our luggage but not in the same building. We had to bring it in another hotel half an hour away. We left it in a little corner where everyone had access. When we returned in the evening, our bags were not there anymore. Altough the receptionist lady was sitting there all day and could supervise everything. Only after another receptionist called some guests he found out that other guests took our luggage in their room by mistake maybe. Can happen but should never happen. Its a no go too and I cant recommend to stay there. Sorry but this must be said.

Not worth the money!

Nice photos of a small one bedroom apartment in a dark and quite noisy alley in Barcelona. Having booked +250 nights via Hotels.com - this is one of the worst ever. It is merely a one bedroom with a shared bathroom in a youth hostel. Waste of money. Hotels.com should remove the option for reputation purposes only.

Excelente local para se hospedar. Equipe muito atenciosa e pronta pra resolver qualquer demanda. Os quartos estavam limpos, o serviço foi excelente e o ar condicionado muito eficiente no calor que fazia em Barcelona. Além de tudo, o local é super bem localizado. Recomendo sempre.

立地がよく、使い勝手が良かったです。 外に飲食店があるので、たまにうるさかったですが、睡眠に支障はありませんでした。気になる方は気になるかもしれません。 シャワーの排水溝が詰まってしまったため、確認をお願いした時には、すぐにチャット対応をしてくださいましたが、確認のために部屋に来ていただいたかどうかは分かりませんでした。排水溝のカバーを取り外すことで無理なく使用ができたので、そのまま使用することにし、気になることはなくなりました。 他の口コミに汚いとあったので、身構えていましたが、シーツもお風呂場もカーテンも何も気になるところはありませんでした。

Aunque su limpieza era diaria, había polvo por muchos sitios. No tengo opinión alguna del personal porque nunca vimos ninguno, tanto el checkin como el checkout fue por una máquina dispuesta en la entrada. El edificio se ve viejo con habitaciones remodeladas y no creo que cueste lo que costó. Lo que vale la pena es dónde está situado, muy cerca del centro.
