Very centrally located to experience all the sights. Lots of shops, restaurants and attractions close by to walk. Very quiet stay. Comfortable beds. Clean & enjoyed the kitchen to have a cup of coffee in morning. Would stay here again.

The apartment was great for 3 adults - a couple and a single. Would have been great for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Plenty of space, good location, pillows and mattress were comfortable and the bathroom had the sinks outside the shower/toilet area with double sinks so others could use those without waiting. Kitchen was great with the necessary items to cook. We just made breakfast, but could have done dinner too. Would stay here again!

Very spacious facility in a nice part of town. Close to everything and the facilities were very nice. Balcony was lovely and the AC is awesome. Washer, no dryer but has facilities to hang dry on the balcony. Fantastic spot and would book again if in Barcelona

We stayed here just one night due to the A/C dying in our other hotel. We were so relieved the Factory Apartments had fully functioning air conditioning. They had a large beautiful porch to relax on. The apartment feels new with good appliances and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Barcelona!

We dropped our bags off earlier in the day, for both check in and check out ,and the staff kept them in a locked room in the lobby. This was a great help. The apartment was quite large and attractive with good natural lighting. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge with a sofa/ coffee table seating arrangement. It was very clean. Location was convenient and a nice, safe neighborhood. Only real negative: The 2nd bedroom was quite small and right next to the front door. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a fantastic space off a Main Street with lots of floors so expect noise outside and within the building. The minimalist approach to the apartment is appreciated- is has most basic needs met. Great air conditioning, roomy and perfect for families. If you want extra towels or blankets or pillows, I’d advise to arrange that upon arrival, as getting staff to respond and deliver towels to us never happened and we didn’t want to wait around to use the shared between floor washer/dryer because we are explorers. Overall, good stay.

The 3 bedroom unit is very small. Outside of the unit constantly smells like garbage and they ask you to throw your garbage away in the bins located on the street. The place needs maintenance as all walls were severely marked up and mold in the bathroom. Not sure the last time the top comforter was cleaned. The couch was so bad I would not sit on it. The highlight of the place is the balcony for the view. Right across the street is a nightclub that you can hear until 2am.
