Nothing wrong with the hotel for what you pay. Right in the centre of the Ramblas. Half way down in one of the side streets. We just went for average price so didn’t expect anything more or less than what it was. We barely spent any time in the room apart from changing and sleeping, so was fine for our needs. Right within walking distance to so much food and drink places which is what we went for. Rooms are basic but clear and everything else was just normal. Again what you’d expect for the price. We had a few issues with our door locking (electronic locks) but the staff was quick enough to help and sort it. Would consider again if we ever went back for the location.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful at all time which made us feel very welcome. Issues encountered was first night they gave us a handicap room and the hot water did not work, I asked for an iron that was provided but did not work. The rooms can use a little bit of an upgrade for the price we paid.

Great base for a work trip. Hotel rooms could do with a little TLC but nothing that will Impact your stay. Comfy bed, good TV and a great shower. Brilliant location within the city and staff were fantastic. The gentleman in the morning gave us a couple of recommendations for breakfast and both were brilliant.

Staff were very friendly and gave lots of useful information on arrival. The rooms we had were clean and the Hotels location was perfect for our stay. The Hotel is just off the La Rambla and has easy sccess to the Metro. Barcelona old town is only a few minutes walk away, where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

The location is very convenient and all staff were very friendly. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and there was no soap dish and we had to leave the soap on the bench, which was messy.

We found that the staff went above and beyond to make certain that we enjoyed their city to the fullest. Not only did they point out highlights, they also asked us questions about our own interests and time frames Then they offered suggestions that we could choose. Particular special mention to Carlos and Nacho, two of their great staff, with whom we dealt with the most. We look forward to seeing them again.
