"This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there.
Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal.
Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on!
However, this apartment is in a lovely spot...

"I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Although I didn’t check in, I ultimately had to cancel my stay due to multiple issues — yet I was still charged, and my request for a refund was denied despite valid concerns.
To begin with, the property did not match the photos presented on the website. The actual condition was far below expectations. The location was also inaccurately listed, which led to significant delays. The road leading to the property was in poor condition, and...
